Located on the left hand side on State Highway 1 in Newlands, this site catches traffic travelling citybound into Wellington City. A long view time from either the Centennial Highway (SH1), Johnsonville Road or Newlands Rd and a large daily traffic count which is busy during the morning rush hour.
